into the program as far as his recruiting ability goes. I'm one of those and so far he's passing the eye test for me. I also believe I recall reading that he was the lead recruiter for our previous best recruit Harris before his boss bolted for the door. And he's done it all under adverse conditions, as one poster mentioned, first with a coach who's foot was always out the door, and now with a brand new coach at a big rebuild job. So at least so far, he's earned my confidence as a recruiter.
