Honestly, Riverguy, I think it's both. There is just no concern
about customer service. The guy at the HC who called late, admitted he had never looked the selection process from the customer's perspective. If ignorance is bliss, the VTTO and HC are the happiest entities on earth.
And, the HC record keeping is even worse. I paid off my $100K pledge months ago, but when I got my priority ranking from them, I hadn't even given $100K. They just suck at their jobs, and don't care to get better.
