If a player quits on the team, I don't want him in a VT uniform! Take it off immediately, and ban him from any team meetings, the sidelines, or anything else related to the team. I don't want someone who wants to go elsewhere anywhere near our players (or coaches).

Now people who give up a sport for physical issues is a whole different matter. I have no problem with them being around the program. If they were injured while playing, they should keep their scholarship through graduation!
