He also showed how having good offensive and defensive scheme's can elevate the teams ability, something Seth couldn't do.

As I said, Buzz showed that it takes more than one or two classes to build a program, that consistent recruiting is required. He built a team but not a program.

So Buzz showed us what we hadn't seen before and maybe confirmed some of what many hoped.
