For the record, I am not sure they were considered by Whit and I am on the fence on whether the football program should have even considered them. However, all 3 are young coaches and I do wonder if the program is at a place where it should take a risk on a young and inexperienced head coach because a younger coach may be able to connect better with these young elite players (think Lincoln Riley at Oklahoma). For the record, I am not saying that Fuente is old by any stretch of the imagine. Just thinking in terms of stark contrast to Coach Beamer.
