Jordan Stout #92 offered by Penn State

After going into the transfer portal a couple of weeks ago, it seems unlikely that he'll be coming back. Announced on twitter yesterday that he has a scholarship offer from Penn State, a school that was also hit hard by portal transfers this year and had a rough season with their starting kicker.
