It will take years if ever to build a solid program there imho


They don’t have the athletes to run a typical offense including qb..

They should recruit better in time just because the PJ offense is gone ... that is really why PJ got pushed out the door... it wasn’t sexy and didn’t attract good 3/4 star recruits
