Article on cbssports.com on hoffman application for waiver


As I recall reading the original request for a waiver was prepared by Hoffman through his former school, Coastal Carolina, and now Tech is helping him. This article seems to indicate that Tech helped him with the original application for waiver. I don't think that is correct. Am I wrong?
