I'd agree with almost all of your ratings if we are talking last year. Maybe I'd rate CB / S lower by a half grade or so.

Based on spring game -
I think D Line is going to be better
Running back will be similar
QB (Willis) will be at least as good, maybe slightly better. If they can find ways to get QP more involved, might be even better than that.
Who knows on CB & Safety, but I don't think they can be worse than last year.
