First off, I respect Bud Foster , Been one the Best Coaches at VT that Frank Beamer brought in. And One of the best of all times at DC. There comes a time in anyone's life that they have left and sees retirement in their plans. IMHO, Bud Foster is ready for that new life and retirement. I keep things that I do know or hear to a very minimum, But I say early 2020 or by end Dec. 2019 things will be very clear on his future .
