Easiest fix IMO, universities guarantee all 4 years for scholly. In return


universities could dictate some - not all - transfer terms in scholarship agreement. I dont like the free agency look that we are heading for, but it has been all in favor of colleges up to this point and I dont hate that athletes have more choices
