and recruiting demands at least a certain level of arrogance/confidence. As far as Buzz goes I liked him, however, it has been my experience that people who use the quote "not to be arrogant" often are in fact exactly that and Buzz was no stranger to that quote. Anybody that listened to his interviews and press conferences has been treated to that refrain on more than one occasion I expect.
