I thought the light went on for him in the last few games of the season.
He became much more aggressive with his drives and started to find his jumper. His first half against Duke in the Sweet 16 game was impressive- that was the most confident I'd seen Bede shoot all season. On that stage, it was a positive sign. And he was the only player on the court who could guard RJ Barrett- I would argue that Buzz made a mistake by not playing Bede more in the 2nd half, when Barrett went on his run.
I hope he comes back and think he could be in line for an Erick Green-like jump in productivity next season. Maybe not as a scorer, but definitely as a facilitator.
