I certainly agree with paragraph 2, but to your points in paragraph 1, Bede was a massive reason why we won as many games as we did. His on-ball defense is top top top tier and he actually does an exceptionally well job at handling the ball. He averaged 25 minutes played per game and 1.1 turnovers. For context, Justin Robinson averaged only 4 minutes more almost 3 times as many turnovers, at 2.8 per game. That may be a multifaceted argument, but I feel like we’re quick to blame Bede for a turnover that we’re quick to forget for our beloved J-Rob. Bede had a bad shooting streak before the final game and that’ll stick out for a lot of us, but the dude’s a dog...we need him back big time.
