Instead of laughable, seriously explain what I am missing


The roster when a coach leaves is his doing right? I mean who else is responsible for the roster. I don't see a debate there.
In our case you have the added dynamic of the departing coach trying to lure away the recruits and players he wants. Again not debatable.
So when you look at our current and near future roster, who is behind that
