Even if the players weren't going to be starters next year
what impact (if any) will it have or could it have in terms of depth at a position? I think that could end up being an important question as the season gets closer and the team appears to be "thin" at certain positions. Then again, I would rather see a team rotate somewhat frequently at certain positions (i.e. RB, WR, TE, DE, DT, LB, DB) to keep players fresh longer than to play only the starters.
