had a relationship with some of those guys for years, MY has not. I think MY will be able to keep some of the current guys on board (especially the guys already at VT), but its not gonna be easy for him. I also bet you that Young is doing all he can to keep players and have a good roster for next year, but he has a really difficult job to do that. I'd like us to be good next season, but I just don't see that as realistic. What he can do is build a great team for the future and recruiting great players for future classes.
