A decent name coach keeps bede blackshear and nolley and bring 2 or 3 people with them that replaces the ones that are lost. This is a direction that the hire ups knew we would be going in with the mike young hire. Thats why a lot of us werent happy with throwing away the momentum. It is what it is now.
