I've been openly critical of the hire and the main reason is questions about his recruiting. So he hits the ground running going after elite talent. Thats a good sign and exactly what we wanted to see. There were fears he would try to stick in his circles and get the off the radar guys and projects. May still do that but I give him props for his initial efforts
