I certainly agree with that...


every year from 2008 to 2011 (especially the 08 "certifiably insane" year) I thought the Hokies were going to be motivated and win the NIT. Two more NIT Championships would have given VT a lot more validity.

The NIT certainly isn't the NCAAs. But, being an older Hokie, Bobby Steven's jumper to win in 1973 and Smitty's foul shots in 1995 are two of my best Hokie memories. I was stoked for all the Greenberg NIT bids

The new guy (CMY) is impressive. Hokies are on a good path with him.
