What I don't understand is why can't we just go after another similar coach


why did Whit / Sands place such a premium on getting a coach that wouldn't "job jump"? Why couldn't we continually go after proven P5 or proven mid major coaches knowing that they would only stay 4-5 years and then move on? Why do we think that we couldn't be successful in the long run going that route?
