Maybe not in huge numbers but same as NOVA folks going to Cville. Folks go to Cville not because it is a nice city but because of the shows. Take away the venue and what do they have? An average city, a few nice restaurants/breweries and TJs home. The burg can match most of that in the region minus TJs place but plenty of other things to do and see. Regionally it really isn't all that different as much as our Hoo friends like to call the burg a dump and a cow pasture. Those that do so are homers that probably have never visited or did so in the 80s or early 90s and not recently.
