I'm really worried about this hire, too. VT is asking Mike Young to behave in a different way than he has behaved in Thirty. Years. THIRTY.

I don't doubt Mike Young is a good coach. He might be a very good coach. But can he leverage the resources available at Virginia Tech to coach even better, and more importantly, recruit better? These are huge question marks.
