To literally have your ticket to the Finals unpunched on a flagrantly missed call is something I don't think they'll ever get over. For as many miracles as UVA pulled off to their great credit, a double dribble turnover w/ 1.5 seconds left ends the game 100% of the time. 5 of us could throw on Auburn jerseys for that 1.5 seconds and preserve the win.

The arbitrary nature of officiating in sports seems to be getting worse. Just look at the Super Bowl: the refs also stole the Saints win over the Rams. It wasn't even in dispute after the fact, and they were even contemplating overturning it from the commissioner's office afterwards. The refs literally put the wrong team in the super bowl.

At least there they were sort of bailed out by the Patriots. You could argue that the Patriots dynasty would have rolled over either team, and maybe so. But, we know for a fact that the call in the Auburn game altered the outcome of the tournament because the winning team shouldn't have been in the game.
