coach out of Kansas brought in to North Carolina, one of the most storied programs in basketball.
Again, you're not listening. Age isn't the issue by itself. It's only an issue in that Young has no prior power conference experience and no recruiting base, something that takes *years* to build. Most mere mortals would like to retire in their early-to-mid-60s, so the benefit of those years of waiting may be fairly short-lived, if they ever arrive. That's the issue with age.
