Really feeling like all this talk about him being a home run hire is just one of those trying to make yourself feel better things. By all accounts he is a nice guy but that doesn’t win basketball games and his Dad being a prior ACC coach doesn’t do anything either. He may be an up and comer type of coach but he has zero track record to back that up for the ACC. Not that it matters but we will be the talk of the b-ball media for that hire and not in a good way. Hope I’m wrong if he is the pick but I feel like this would set us back 5 years plus especially if he doesn’t succeed.
