If any coach had left under the same circumstances, we would be seeing the same thing. When a coach leaves most of the staff follows. Most of the kids start looking around because they aren’t sure who the next coach is going to be. Any kid that committed and is due in the fall is going to look at other options.

We see this with other programs when coaches leave a program where they've done well.

I don’t think this is because of anything specific Buzz did (other than leave).
