I think for football, there's a test before bowl games. Do athletes have similar test before NCAAs ? Randoms during the season? or just one at the beginning?
I'm in the camp that while it's against the law, I don't think he should be punished based on the news that's come out so far. I actually think driving on suspended is a more serious offense that would piss off the courts.
