Other option, depending on geography, is just going to prop mgmt office


not to turn over desks by any means, but bring your info, politely ask to see the person that you've been trying to reach, and explain your positions. "I'm sorry - we've had a tough time connecting, but I wanted to be sure to clear this up before my closing..." If property manager isn't there, ask to speak to head property manager, or whoever runs the office. Same story - "I've had a tough time connecting with _____, but I need to get this addressed ASAP."
