Why? If his health is affecting his ability to do his job, how can you keep
him? Weaver never should've been allowed to be AD for as long as he was.
And don't tell me it's about keeping him on for insurance or because of some disability act. You can put in his severance package everything he needs...
You can't have coaches/ADs working these important jobs when they are unable to.
