Ultimately, I think it will be about 3 things:

1. can Whit show him that he, Buzz, is appreciated with a somewhat more money whether in salary and/or resources;
2. what is the best environment (including education) for his kids and wife; and
3. is Buzz as comfortable with the Texas A&M AD as he is with Whit.

By the way, T-A&M will likely recruit Jimbo Fisher to call Buzz and try to lure him.
I hope Whit gets CFB to talk to Buzz. Buzz has indicated in the past he thinks the world of CFB. Don't know what his relationship with CJF is.
