I know that doesn't really mean anything, but this is worst case scenario for sure. The university, location, money, 3 seniors plus Clarke, NAW going to the NBA, Blackshear can easily go somewhere as well, Nolley might follow him. He could take some of the incoming recruits to A&M if it is mutually desirable (see Ahmed as an example). He basically only has a few players that he is leaving high and dry, but they have scholarships to VT and would probably stay with a new coach (think Bede, Horne, Wilkins and Kabongo). If they want him, I think he goes as his last job unless he wants to stay in Blacksburg for his kids.
