The guy has multiple rape charges and is facing life in prison if convicted. He has been out on bail, and now he is charged with fondling himself in front of a 77 year old woman just this past month. Two of his previous victims were elderly homeless women he kidnapped. I feel bad for his victims, but I also feel bad for his parents. No one wants to raise a monster, and clearly he is a predator and needs to be put away. I wouldn't think any elderly woman would be safe around him. He is a very sick man, and needs to be locked up. Glad his bail was revoked.
