One big concern, and we've all seen it before in every team sport
Key cog in the team's wheel goes down injured (like JRob); the team adjusts, roles change, team continues on with some success; key cog comes back out of shape and out of synch with the "new team order;" team struggles to re-locate its identity. Hoping this isn't the case in this instance because: Buzz and his staff will be able to get the team to re-adjust quickly; JRob is more than your average key cog and will work back in with relative ease; his presence and leadership will inspire the whole team to re-group and excel. Thoughts?
GO HOKIES!
