Andy Bitter tweeted that eligibility in 2019 is still TBD, per VT spokesman

Me again - he should have three years of eligibility left, since he only played in four games in 2018. The question is whether he has to burn one sitting out a year since he will likely claim a redshirt for 2018. Maybe I'm just repeating what you already know.
