Filming someone without their permission? Then posting it somewhere?

If you parse it out, the sex was consensual. What was not consensual was his filming of it. And him posting that, if it is indeed what he did, is cruel. It's a form of bullying, no doubt. But filming someone without their consent and bullying do not, in my mind, add up to a felony. I know that in the current moment, anything involving sexual relations is hyper scrutinized. But as it was written, this does not appear to be a sex crime. It's an invasion of privacy and bullying/harassment. Bad, I grant you. Sleazy I grant you. Worthy of punishment by Tech or the law, yes. Worthy of a felony or even prison time? Not in my book. Nowhere near that.
