I'm not seeing that this shot is open for him

from what i've noticed, he drives to just past foul line extended b/c he encounters slide help from the post defender and then he picks up his dribble. at that point, it's a 10-14 ft shot with a lengthy defender contesting him, plus his on-ball defender. that's a low percentage shot. he hasn't shown the ability to get by his defender to stress that post defender by going strong to the basket (force a foul) or slip a bounce pass to KB on the low block.

Robinson has the aggressiveness and speed to put his defender on his back pocket and can stress that post defender. He can make those hard layups and doesn't shy from contact. He's also really good at passing while still moving, while Bede stops. Robinson is also better at dribbling out of a collapsing defense, although he is prone to turning it over in this situation too (as most players arehaving 3 defenders collapse is a bad situation).

those fractions of seconds and hesitations allow defense to rotate quickly on the kick-out pass.
it makes mostly open shots fairly contested.

edit: Clemson's defense was a bad matchup with our injuries. plain and simple. We played bad perimeter defense against a hot Louisville team that has tons of length and athletes. I think we're struggling (to say the least) but i also think the last two matchups were particularly bad and made things look worse than they are. We're in trouble, don't misunderstand...i'm not saying we're ok.
