Jay Glazer was just talking about throwing people off the scent.


When he had a scoop about the Patriots, he threw one of the former NFL officials under the bus by saying he leaked the story. That kept everyone away from the real source.

Don't assume they all speak the truth. There are motives for saying what they say.
