I’m 99% sure the ACC works the same way with revenue sharing


That was one of the downfalls of the Big East because they didn’t distribute equally which led to schools being more than happy to jump ship. Also I believe Texas was pulling similar stuff with the Longhorn Network which nearly led to the dissolution of the Big 12 a few years ago.
