SIR - IMO why would QB Kadum want to come here

If he has a chance to win a national championship at JMU? Yes they are not Div 1 and not Power 5 like the Hokies but would you rather most likely start at JMU or ride the pine at VT (IMO) most of your career? Not sure if he is really D1 material. Probably the reason he turned down Rutgers. Yes we need a 3rd QB but not sure he wants to come here to run the scout team
