I would guess that someone smarter than me could diagnose it, but I believe we have a coach who is a different kind of brain and he accentuates the parts that are unusually strong (detail attention for one) to be excellent at his craft. As such, I am more comfortable with the apparent disorganization of thought and communication. Many who are excellent in their field and uniquely non-excellent in other common tasks. I'm happy to have this type of excellence in our program.
