Aren’t you telling everyone that it’s ok to test the waters but we’ll be right here waiting for you if you change your mind. It’s ok to make decisions without careful though that could affect the entire team. That it’s ok to see if there is something better, but if you don’t find it, we’ll hold your spot.

Regardless of who the player may be, I would not take him back. A message has to be sent to the players The transfer rules may have opened things up for them, but they have to know it’s not a free for all. Decisions to transfer must be made after careful consideration and it’s a decision that you live with. Because once you make the decision to enter the transfer portal, you are no longer a member of the team.
