Our compensation is set up such that all employees are paid on a rev share basis. More subscribers=more pay for me and Chris, AND more money to improve the site, pay more writers, add features, etc.

When revenue goes up, a higher percentage of the money goes back into the business than to us, the drones. 😆

But also, more non subscribing visitors equals more ad rev, same result. So it's all good.
