unless the officials themselves are going to do quick reviews of every play. And they can and should. Last night the office could have immediately buzzed down and said stop play, we are reviewing that. Now I know the teams can't challenge everything but it should not be about limiting things. It should be about getting everything right as much as you can. So I agree with you,

I don't buy the idea that you can review judgement calls. Everything is a judgement call. The spot of the ball is a judgement call. Catching a ball is a judgement call> Whether or not someone went out of bounds or is a judgement call. And different people can judge things differently on catches for example. So those are reviewed. PI can be reviewed.
