I posted the video too... just give me a ballpark

When in general in that video did he gain control of the ball? If that cannot be established, then we do not have a catch.

Again, I don't really have a dog in this fight. But to call this a catch is to misunderstand the rules of the game. FWIW, here is the actual rule.

https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/nfl-video-rulebook/completing-a-catch/

So did he secures control of the ball in his hands or arms prior to the ball touching the ground? I really don't see that. But let's assume he did. Then we need to see if he touches the ground inbounds with both feet or with any part of his body other than his hands. I don't think either of us will debate that. So then the final step (assuming we needed to move forward from aspect A), is to see if performs any act common to the game (e.g., tuck the ball away, extend it forward, take an additional step, turn upfield, or avoid or ward off an opponent), or he maintains control of the ball long enough to do so. Clearly he did not satisfy that requirement.

So yes, the ball can move (I never denied that). The ball can even touch the ground. But he has to have control and has to either perform an act common to the game or have the time to do so. Clearly this does not occur. Incomplete pass.
