Instead of taking it to the next level, we got stuck on a plateau. We had guys we could have used like Terrell Parham and didn't for one reason of another (normally some minor infraction that was unevenly applied to the superstars). Also, we never had a backup QB prepared to play. Heck we rarely had backup ANYBODIES the were ready to play. The one exception to this was Beasley and Pugh Backing up Williams and Bradley. Beamer and Co never played to win, they just played to stick around and hope something good happened. It was probably due to a lifetime of having players that weren't as good as the other guys.
