I had more important things going on and didn’t give a crap, but had I been here I would have been upset with the results.

I didn’t see the game for years, but a few years ago ESPN replayed the entire game with commentary from some of the players. What impressed me the most was how different the commentary was back in that day. Just Curt Goudy talking about the game and what was happening on the field.. none of the constant gibberish from 2 or 3 people that you have today.

Don’t get me wrong… much of the coverage has improved a lot. I like the instant replays and the projections of the LOS and line to be gained that they have today. But there is too much constant talking for my liking. Just give me crowd noise and somebody like Curt Goudy!
