It's all about dollars to hire top assistance, top consultance, top recruiters and in my opinion top PR.
And the question in my opinion is What were we doing to get where we were? And I think the answer was our HC and ADs made good use of every resource possible.
As someone said below those resources such as donations, near virgin recruiting locations and our coaches prime years leveled off
But that is what was happening to Alabama and Clemson in a lot of ways during the time you reference.
Every program has reboots and rebuilds.
What we don't want is un-attainable timeline/expectations like Nebraska and Tennessee.
It takes time and patience.
And that's my worthless two cents
