1. We should have added 20k members to the Hokie Clubbin 1998 and required them to give $1k/year that would have been an extra $20m/yr to finance the debt service on better facilities.

2. We should have required Frank Beamer to hire Gus Malzahn as his OC in 2001. He was a HS coach in Arkansas at that time (Will Hunts HS). Then Tom Herman to replace Malzahn in 2009. Then we should have pushed Frank out in 2013 to promote Herman.

3. Like the Egyptians building the pyramid, we should have had freshmen move the VT campus Hokie stone by Hokie stone to a more geographically central location like Short Pump. We are an engineering school, probably would have been done in a decade.


So if our campus was outside Richmond, Tom Herman was the HC and we had $20m+ more in revenue every year, we would be in good shape.
