I think Hill's statement was extremely well worded. He stated several times that he made errors and needed to change his behaviors. He also didn't specifically call anyone out on the VT side but he did address vaguely what happened since so many rumors were flying around. Fu seems to think coaches are infallible, so it very well could be that both Hill and the staff member in question both made errors.
